Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) poists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waise slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Supplying & Fabrication of steel including all labour charges etc complete..

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 using 12mm thickness including all labour charges etc.completed with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortor 1:3 using 10mm thickness including all labour charges etc.completed with standard specification

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm
