Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of high mast light fittings any wattage/capacity and of any description and in any position, replacement of unserviceable / damaged/ burnt / broken parts either in single or in combination, reassembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and testing on installation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i). Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of hiring/arrangement of crane & equipments as required for checking. (ii). Spare parts and components/ parts of light fittings shall be measured seperately here-in-after.

Taking up/down worn out/ damaged / unserviceable XLPE/ PVC insulated underground cable armoured/unarmoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/ duct/ pole/ wall/ pipes/ roof tops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting & testing, LT UG cable XLPE insulated , PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core ,laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / roof top etc. passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for 16 Sqmm 4 Core.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of three phase outdoor type powder coated street light panel/ High Mast panel with digital 24 hours timer of max load 12 KW, Contactor rating 65 A/TP MCB rating 63 TPN fixing with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Cat No. IHXTS09120 or equivalent in Legrand/ L&T/ Siemens/ Schnieder.

S&F in replacement of electric motor of capacity 1.5 HP, three phase for lowering & raising of carriage of high mast light fittings including fixing with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Crompton Greaves / Kirloskar / ABB / Areva / Seimens)

Dismantling & taking down existing unserviceable high mast light fitting of any type or wattage from carriage/pole including removing of corroded MS clamps, bolts, nuts, old unserviceable connection wire etc complete all as directed.

S&F LED flood light fitting 100W, 5700K, 140lm per Watt, Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative dia-cast aluminium IP66 flood light, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Havells JETA IRIS Cat No JETAIRISFLS100WLED757SYMLTG or equivalent in Crompton /Philips /Bajaj)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directely in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to aluminium earth strip of size 25 x3mm as earthing lead by means of galvanized steel bolts,nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with to Transformer, DG sets, Pannel board etc as directed including funnel, 20 mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm dia cover slab set in CM (1:4) reinforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: GI Earthing strip upto 7.5m in lenght is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The Strip required beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately)

S&F 25 x 3mm aluminium strip in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required including taking down damaged strip complete all as specified and directed.
