SCHEDULE 'A' PART I:- (B/R Works) Demolition of brickwork, PCC or stone / boulder masonry in floor or wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up reinforced concrete drain pipes 450 mm dia, set in cement mortar including concrete bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rubber mould machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepolishing chequered cement concrete floor tiles with white cement and pigmented conforming to IS 1237-1980 (Reaffirmed in 1996) for heavy duty tiles (exterior grade) of 22 - 25 mm thick, laid in cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade and abrasion and wear resistance as per manufacturer's instruction with Pattern, size and shade as directed by GE.

Material and labour for sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for hard/dense soil; for foundation, cesspit, pier holes, laying hume pipe and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 3m in depth for hard/dense soil; for laying hume pipe and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 for Parapet and foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 450mm bore of pipe laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 900mm bore of pipe, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 450 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the pipes with concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in haunching etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 900 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the pipes with concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in haunching etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and refilling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5 M deep and not exceeding 3m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with fair finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better with surface fair finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete in M-30 Design Mix (20 mm and 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement and necessary formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix (20 mm Graded stone aggregate) Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement and necessary formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix (20 mm Graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement and necessary formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bars, framed work such as grill, grating etc using square bars with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and is grouted with cement and sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., and including necessary shuttering to sides of fill complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth obtained from excavation shall be used. (ii) 10 % deduction shall be made to allow for increase in bulk after excavation for measurements of the finished embankment and deduction shall be 5% where the consolidation is done by heavy machanical machinery.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earthor broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix UPVC (Sch-40) (Perforated) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Nylon wiremesh in layers of boulders bed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in filter bed complete all as specified and as directed.
