   If you are not an MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from micro and small enterprise ( in percent of order value ) with further break up of MSE owned by SC/ST ( information will be provided in percent terms with 6 fields : micro owned by SC, micro owned by ST, micro owned by others, small industry owned by SC, small industry owned by ST, small owned by others.

   Time is the essence of contract. As time is the essence of contract the tenders are to note the Railway required delivery schedule given in tender schedule & quote accordingly. If firm quotes too late delivery period as compared to railways delivery period specified in tender schedule their offer may be considered commercially unresponsive and may be liable to be ignored.

   MSE source, for availing benefits under MSME Act, should upload valid documents maintained under msme Act such as NSIC Certificate etc duly marking the tendered item in the certificate. Otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME Act may not be entertained.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Offers of the firms suspected to have quoted in cartel are liable to be ignored for placement of order. The decision of Railway administration in this regard will be final and binding.For approval of proposal & publishing tender.

   MRP and Brand Name of the offered PRODUCT must be mentioned in remarks column and scanned copy of package indicating the same must be enclosed.

   The item/Brand/Make should possess BIS/ISI or CE or FDA certification and firm to submit valid supporting documents/certificates. If the condition is not applicable for the subject item, the firm should indicate the same in their offer. The applicability or waival of this condition is at the discretion of Railways which will be final.

   Payment Terms: No deviation from the Payment Terms stipulated in the tender is permitted.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted.
