Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50mm & n exc 100 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM for disturbed portion of road (63 to 40mm size) with coarse aggregate (lime/sand stone, flint or quartzite) of grading 2 spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and super elevation required to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM for disturbed portion of road except material (using material retreived from Srl No 1.00 above), rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and super elevation required to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n exc 1.00 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer Paving bitumin VG 10 grade @ 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed as specified for thin bituminous carpet (3 cm thick) well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pot holes n exc 30mm all as specified and directed.

Preparing to WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specefied and directed.

Preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud and bushes near road side etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ 4 % of bitumen (Paving bitumen VG-30 graded) by the weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous concrete design mix 30mm consolidate thickness using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor and hydraulic control rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to be followed by smooth wheel pneumatic roller of 15 to 30 tonne having a tyre pressure 7kg/Sqcm finished by final rolling with 8-10 tonne tandem roller required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 7 & 8 :- (i) Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control. (ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ ₹ 48.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said items. (iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new / old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint minimum 2.5mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment including all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORTH specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road studs/ cat eyes Two way Reflective panel Amber or Red. Plastic body size 100 x 100x 20 mm to give the maximum reflection which enhances the visibility of the Vehicles during dark and bad light condition complete all as specified and directed. Model No DA 52 of Dark eye or equivalent item of other specified make.

S&F in repair solar road studs aluminium alloy shell & polycarbonate facing size 125 x 125 x 25 mm (shank 60mm), with six super bright LEDs for viewing distance up to 1000m, including Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 v/1600MA) for continual performance, colour of LED Red, Yello or white, (as approved) complete fixing as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make: DARK EYE Model No:- DHRUV or equivalent item of other specified make.

S&F in repair Convex Mirror 800mm dia made up of polycarbonate reflective Mirrors, outdoor use with hood and complete with mounting hardware for upto a height of 1500mm, above GL and 45 cm below the GL with medium grade MS pipe 50mm dia including two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer body made of ABS embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of block size 30x30x45cm including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in foundation and necessary excavation in post hole complete all as specified and directed. Make : Oscar model No OS-790 or equivalent item of other specified make.

S&F in repair speed bump, 50 mm heigh made of strudy plastic high resistance, precoloured (Black and yellow) bottom of bumps to be filled with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 and cured. Bump studded with reflectors on either side complete (350x 250mm) size fixed with epoxy and bolts by drilling 6mm x 75 mm dia fasteners as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.
