REPAIR/MAINT WORK TO PUMPS MOTORS, STARTERS, BORE WELLS AND ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN UDAIPUR

Excavating in trenchs, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type soil/soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm any type of soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for spreading, levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and ramming of sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type 3, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm.

Supply, laying in replacement and testing electric under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sq. mm 3.5 Core.

Supply and Laying G I TUBING 50 mm dia socket ends, medium grade including all fittings and accessories , in any length, laid in trenches fixed on ground / pedastal and making good disturbed ground/pedastal including taking out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and replace in existing location / position Non Return vave 50 mm bore both end flanged ISI marked including making new flanged joints with 3 mm thick rubber gasket with necessary bolts, nuts, washer etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Borewell Top cap for (250mm) bore with not less than 8mm thick MS plate with provision for fixing of column pipe and delivery pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking Out UNSV Submersible pumpset ( alongwith submersible motor) of any capacity , make & depositing the same in MES store yard from borewell depth 120 to 150 meters, including lowering of new supply ,installing,testing and commissioning submersible pump set , electric motor 7.5 HP three phase 415 Volts ,AC coupled with multistage having discharge 2.5 LPS at 143 Mtrs Head.Outlet size 50 mm Note : Rates are deemed to be including for making falnged joints with new rubber washers and nuts , bolts work and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair Mug - 06 DOL starter with MS sheet enclosure suitable for - 7.5 HP Submersible motor in existing location including making connection with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade ,three core , multistranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sq mm with voltmeter,ampere meter, Auto Switch,Single Phase Preventor & Indicating Lamp Led Type for Phase Indication (Red, Yellow or Blue) all as directed and specified .

Supply and fixing in repair Mug - 10 Star Delta starter with MS sheet enclosure suitable for - 10.00 HP Submersible motor in existing location including making connection with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade ,three core , multistranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sq mm with voltmeter,ampere meter, Auto Switch,Single Phase Preventor & Indicating Lamp Led Type for Phase Indication (Red, Yellow or Blue) all as directed and specified .

Supply , lowering, jointing and testing in bore for Tubes, 50mm dia 'Medium grade' galvanised, wall thickness 5.4 mm, both end flanged, ISI marked with heavy duty MS flanged not less than 16 mm screwed and welded in side and out side. The flange end making surface shall be made smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.04 mm thick 25mm wide and 50 mm long covering pipe and flanged, both end flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less then 16 mm including rubber gasket, nut bolts and washer, pipe should be duly painted with anti corrosive paint including taking out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for taking out unservisable submersible pumpset(alogwith submersible motor)of any capacity & make,including delivery pipe 40/50 mm bore,flanged GI tubing (Average 3 meter long each pipe), from borewell depth 120 to 150 meters, and including lowering the same after repairs of pumpset all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rates are deemed for making flanged joints with rubber washers and replacement of rusted nuts,bolts in work etc all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for carring to work shop U/S submersible & monoblock motor (water cooled or oil cooled) & pump including cutting U/S winding , removing insulating material, cleaning and rewinding with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade single core copper conductor as per IS 694 winding wire of appropriate size/gauge as per existing , providing insulting mterial of superior quality , supply & replace thrust bearing , assembling the motor complete , including coupling with multistage pump , jointing & connecting with submersible cable and testing at site for following HP of any make :

(a) 2.00 HP to 5 HP

(b) 7.5 HP to 15.0 HP

Supply and replace PVC insulated and sheated 1100 grade,flat type Submersible Cable 3 core,multistranded,Copper conductor of Size 4.0 Sqmm.
