Earh work in excavation by manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm and up to 1.5 mtr in width and 1.5 mtr in depth as well as 10 sqm on plan ) incl. disposal of excavated earth up to 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil = 60%, ordinary rock = 30% & Hard rock = 10% (Blasting probhited).

P/L in position cement concrete 1:5:10 miX in foundation and plinth using 40 mm Nallah stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position, specified grade of reinforced cement conc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reiforcement. All work up to plinth. 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal )

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls , walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor level, excluding the cost of Centering , Shuttering & finishing in 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Crushed Stone Agg. . 20 mm nominal size) Crushed with 30% boulder

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, filling and reinforcement. All Works Upto Plinth Level in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 Graded stone Agg. 20 mm nominal size) Crushed

Reinforcement for RCC Work including cutting bending and binding and placing in position etc. complete with TMT bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for : A) Columns , pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Centering and shuttring inluding strutting and propping etc. and removal of form work :B) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors above 20cm wide

Providing and fixing of citizen information board (CIB) of required size with complete writing as desired by the site Engineer.
