Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminum point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) any type with bakelite sheets complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets etc with and including making good to the disturbed surfaces and colour washing to be match with existing surface all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with and including single core fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn through and including suitable size of PVC casing caping and accessories with 2.8 mm thick laminated top cover fixed on inclding MS sunken box for housing of switch, socket, regulator etc complete with and including 1.5 sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc to match with exisiting surface complete all as directed for the following :-(a) One Light/fan /Ex fan point controlled by one 5 Amp switch.

All as per serial item No 2.00 above but one Bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch .

All as per serial item No 2.00 above but one 3 pin socket outlet (simple or modular) 5/6 amp, on the same board with other switches, with cable 1.5 sqmm size.

All as per serial item No 2.00 above but one 5 amp switch socket combination point in independent board.

Material and labour as in repair for submain wiring complete with and including 10 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit of size 25mm including accssories and fixed on walls and 10 sqmm PVC multistranded copper conductor cable for earthing and conncted to common earth dolly including taking down existing submain wiring complate all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED building security light og capacity 25 Watts in replacement of old unsv building security lights all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) connected to GI wire 4 Sqmm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer etc , to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR 2009 Part I other end conneted to panesls, laid under floors/plints or fixed on walls or concealed in wall etc with provision of charcoal & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate including PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6type C-1 and finished even and smoothe without using extra cement MS angle iron frame, cast iron cover with loaking arrangement with GI 20 mm bore medium grade pipe and CI funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement. GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire, necessary excavaion and earth work in any type of soil/strata & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
