Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes. (a) 110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (a) Single tee without door (i) 110x110x110 mm

(b) Bend 87.5° (i) 110 mm bend

(c) Shoe (Plain) (i) 110 mm Shoe

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. (a) Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length) .

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. (a) Internal Work- Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall (a) 15 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

(b) 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

(c) 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : (a) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : (a) 25 mm nominal bore

(b) 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing CPVC union in G.I pipe using CPVC solvent etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality (a) L D - 2.5 (i) Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions

Credit of unserviceable C.I. or PVC rain water pipe with fitting and clamps etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
