Dismantling of RCC three number Shelf of size 40’-0”x2’-0”x0’-4” by employing skilled labour for dismantling with the help of hilt and other tools and tackle required including disposal of material within 50mtr lead and then beyond municipal limit. Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminum primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminum (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer Total= 26.58 m2

Providing and laying of floor Tile of size 4’-0”x0’-6” on floor to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete The color, and design of the panel shall be approved by Engineer in charge. The job is inclusive of material cost, labour cost and all kinds of taxes Room SIZE =285.00 ft2, Skirting=35ft2 Total= 320 ft2

Providing and fixing of wallTile of size 4’-0”x0’-6” of Standard quality on the walls. The Plank Tile is fixed with chemical on walls. The color, material and design of the panel shall be approved by Engineer in charge. The job is inclusive of material cost, labour cost and all kinds of taxes TOTAL = 594 ft2

Providing and fitting of new door in new Sub Divisional room by way of dismantling of old damaged door along with fixtures and accessories and providing and fitting of new door made out of HDMR Board 35mm thick of size 3’-6”x6’-6” and fix it with 1mm thick mica sheet on both sides with the help of fevicol, Heatex and tape.Job also includes repair to chowkatt by way of fixing board and 12mm ply on already fixed iron frame followed by mica sheet on both sides with the help of fevicol, Heatex and tape of size 16’-6”x0’4”x0’x11” including providing and fitting door accessories like handle, door close hinges, nails, door latch. The job includes cost of material, labour and taxes.

Providing and Fixing Blinds in the newly created Sub Divisional Room of size 3x (7’-0”x4’-0”) made out of HDPE waterproof fabric cloth with control chain or cord for smooth raising and lowering to be fitted with L Bracket and expansion screws for mounting of blinds The job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Providing and fitting of window Air conditioner in newly created room of Sub-Division of capacity 1.5 ton having 5 star BEE rating and copper wounded including p/f of 5 Kva copper voltage stabilizer (90V-270V) wall hanging type with 32A TPN along with dismantling of Aluminium frame for fitment of AC by cutting the frame into proper size and refitment of same.
