Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) with 40mm & downgraded size H.G. metal for foundation concrete approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. coplete including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with all labour charges complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

R.C.C. M-20 work with cement concrete with crushed granite 20mm down grade course aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth including watering curing for required period 28days, centering & shuttering and finishing exposed surface smooth providing grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for this item including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415), cutting, bending, cracking, hooking, welding or joining (if requred), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost, conveyance and taxes of MS rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
