Making suitable size pump foundation base & valve support with supplying cement, sand, stonechips etc. in the portion of (4:2:1) including plastering, neat cement finish etc. Complete as per direction of E.I.C.( Size: 1.00 mtr. X 1.4mtr.)The above base of tubewell is to be made with 250 mm. thickness brick wall on all side with 200 mm. thick F.C. slab on top including plastering and neat cement finishing. For P.H.No.- I & II

Supply & delivery at site of 35 Sq. mm. 1.1 KV grade 3 core Al. conductor armoured P.V.C. /XLPE insulated cable. For P.H.No.- I NB: Cable to be supplied as per sire requirement. ( Make: GLOSTER/NICCO/Polycab / Havell’s/Mescab/Any other approved make)

Supply delivery at site of 1.1 Kv Grade 12 core, 2.5 Sq. mm. flexible copper flexible control cable.For P.H.No.- I N.B:- Cable should be supplied as per site requirement. ( Make: GLOSTER/NICCO/Polycab / Havell’s/Mescab/Any other approved make)

Laying of cable as in item no. 2 & 3 on wall/surface including S&F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI(HOT DIP) wire making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and paint all complete.

Supply & delivery at site of M.S. fabricated outdoor type joint box(32A) with hinge type front door cover made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable locking arrangement & Painting by powder coated paint over a coat of primer after scraping properly . For P.H.No.- I

Installation of the above joint box as in item no. 5 by making brick foundation ,neat cement finish supplying all required materials as per direction.

Supply delivery at site of 100 Amps 4-pole On load Changeover Switch (side handle) in sheet enclosure, 415V AC, 50 Hz. (Make- Havells/ Standard/L&T/any other approved make) For P.H.No.- I & II

Fitting, fixing of above supplied change over switch on flat iron frame/angle iron frame on wall by supplying all necessary fixing materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32mm dia PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule80 (mediumduty) conforming to ASTMD-1785and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part-I). withall necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fittedwith holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointingmaterialsandtwocoatsofpaintingwithapprovedpaint inanypositionaboveground for chlorine dosing pipeline.
