M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies and in shelves including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly shall be deposited at sub division yard without extra cost.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exe where as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for roof treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing and bebris, surface should be free any loose paint, dust from roof or grease. (b) Applying one coat of Elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying 2 coats of undulated PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, tensile strength more than 2 N/sqmm and alkali & fungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm X 300mm X 20mm) with SRI (Solar refractive Index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement and sand mortar in the ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with cementious grout of approved make including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the perapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coats of Dr Fixit pidecrete URP in chajja, staircase/slabs etc by using 2 sqm per 1 Kg URP + cement in the proportion of (1:1:5) and making pedicrete solution and applying by brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.
