Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)Including Carriage.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Newwork (Twoormorecoat [email protected] ltr/10 sqmover and Including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

P/F steel pipe with average dia 2" for flag post.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness (Cost of sludge, dump manure or/ and good earth to be paid separately).

Grassing with ‘Doob’ grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms at hick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction.

Transportation of boring equipment tools to the new site of bore work, fixing of complete camp by way of erection of equipment, tools, accessories attachment fixing of tent for labour and stacking of material at bore site well site. The job includes leveling of grounds, drilling machine and other charges on account of POL etc. a) For 1st shifting of boring machine and equipment.

Drilling of bore hole with 125 mm dia. Bit using ODEX method of drilling as per site condition up to depth in collapsible/rocky strata, conglomerate boulders pebbles, clay etc, including cost of M.S casing pipe consumable store, drilling bits POL etc with the system of simultaneously lowering of 200 mm dia. ID M.S casing pipe B class which shall be welded together.

Supply and fixing of submersible with motor complete set including safety ropes, bends and nipple, controller of required capacity, AC and DC cable, columns pipe, motor starter etc. and all civil, electrical and mechanical works. Complete job.
