Pipes (Commercial Quality) including procurements of plates, gas cutting to required size rolling, tack welding assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes, welding on automatic welding machine and forming ‘V’ edge on both ends of pipes including freight, insurance, loading/unloading stacking, excluding GST levied by GOI in all respect etc. complete as per IS-3589 and IS-5504 as applicable as per specifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 800 mm dia M.S pipe 12 mm thick (Casing)

Pushing of M.S. pipe of 800mm dia for Railway crossing by push through method in all types of strata by using hydraulic jack and drilling machine of required diameter, below 4.0m depth including lowering, laying, jointing of M.S. casing pipe including cost of labour fuels and material, required welding machinary, tripod, chain pulley block, crain, blower etc. transportation and dewatering etc. but excluding cost of M.S. pipe 500 to 1000mm dia M.S pipe complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer first coat of inertol 49 W emaline 05/58 pipe coat or any other equivalent approved paint to the internal surface of pipe line at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing labours, tools and tackles for testing hydraulic test of laid M.S. Pipe upto 60m head of water all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying air valve as per IS-14845-2000 with specification of approved make & quality of 600mm diameters including all taxes, freight, inspection charges, loading/ unloading, transportation upto stores/sites stacking etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lowering, laying and fixing in proper alignment and position all type of air valves including cost of conveyance, cost of all materials and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing etc. comlete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pipes. Rates shall be inclusive of all other applicable taxes, but excluding freight charges, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
