Financial Eligibility Criteria:The tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Document for the same must be attached during submission of tender.As per Railway Board Letter No. 2011/M(M&P)/7/2/Guidelines (originally dated 23.08.2012 and reaffirmed on 23.01.2020) technical and financial eligibility criteria may be dispensed with in case of bidders who are either OEMs or sources approved by RDSO for related works contracts. For claiming this relaxation, OEM/ RDSO approved sources must have to submit supporting documents.Therefore, Financial & Technical eligibility criteria is not applicable in this tender as tender is called from OEM on single tender basis. The firm has to submit certificate of OEM/ Certificate for Authorized dealer of OEM and if RDSO approved source then Vendor directory for the work.

Ensure the submission of following documents in Case of Proprietorship Firm i.Affidavit of Sole proprietorship in case of proprietorship firm, ii.A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc. and create liability against the firm. If bid issubmitted by person other than Proprietor.

Ensure the submission of following documents in Case of Partnership Firm i.Partnership Deed in case of partnership firm or constitution ii.A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc. and create liability against the firm iii. An undertaking by all partners of the partnership firm that they are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of the Govt. of India from participation in tenders / contracts as on the date of submission of bids, either in their individual capacity or in any firm/LLP in which they were / are partners/members

Ensure the submittion of following documents in Case of Public/Private limited company i.The copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association) / AOA (Articles of Association) of the company ii.A copy of Certificate of Incorporation iii.A copy of Authorization/Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the company and create liability against the company.
