Rate Contract for Need Base maintenance of window and Split AC units in Amritsar SSA.

Attending and rectification of existing window/ split AC faults including providing minor spares if reqd such as connecting copper wires, removing & cleaning of filters, cleaning of units by blowers, control fuse, ferrules, lugs i/c minor works etcalongwith testing & commissioning in URBAN site complete as required. (Item will be measured on submission of visit report duly signed by BSNL authority and allowed at once per site per fault) (Note:- For subsequent visit to attend the window/ split AC to provide the items hereunder will not be paid separately. It is assumed that all items as below shall be carried out by firm in first visit only)

(Item will be measured on submission of visit report duly signed by BSNL authority and allowed at once per site per fault) (Note:- For subsequent visit to attend the window/ split AC to provide the items hereunder will not be paid separately. It is assumed that all items as below shall be carried out by firm in first visit only)

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR/2TR window/Split AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, dedusting by high pressure air blower, washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.

Carrying out leak testing of 1.5TR Split/WAC AC units with nitrogen gas including dismantling of machine, flushing the system, brazing/flaring the leak points, vacumising, purging and making the system leak proof i/c transportation of nitrogen cylinder, brazing kit & vacuum pump, supplying & charging of R22 refrigerant gas at site, reinstallation, testing & commissioning etc as required.

Replacement of following capacity of existing old defective compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test & charging refrigerant i/c testing etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/SS make) (NOTE- The firm shall submit test certificate or documentary proof towards purchase of New/OEM factory repaired compressor.) The defective compressor shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)

Replacement of following material for repairing & attending break down complaints of 1.5 TR WAC/SAC units i/c dismantling, connection, fixing & testing etc as required (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory.

Starting capacitor (Metal Body) of rating 80/100 Mfd(M/s Epcos/Asian/SS make)

Running capacitor (Metal Body) of rating 36 Mfd (M/s Epcos/Asian/SS make)

Repairing of Control card of indoor split AC unit

Replacement of Control card PCB suitable for 1.5TR Split AC units

Condenser fan blade(PVC/FRP)

Box Type relay for Window AC units.(M/s Arvind/Ranutrol/SS make)

Blower (New) for IDU of Split AC unit (M/s AUE/MarathonGE/Natinoal/Diamond/SS make)

Repairing of existing Blower for IDU of Split AC unit

Replacement (Rewinding) of condenser motor of 1.5/2 TR Split/window AC unit from workshop complete with reinstallation, testing etc as required

Replacement of condenser motor of 1.5/2 TR Split/window AC unit in the existing outdoor unit complete with reinstallation, testing etc as required

Thermostat (M/s Danfoss/indfoss/Arvind/SS make

Washable Nylon Air Filter

Provision of Top up of R-22 gas in the existing window/Split AC Units including flushing,testing etc as required.

Dismantling of existing 1.5TR Split type AC units located within SDCA i/c dismantling of indoor unit, copper pipings, outdoor units, pumping down the refrigerant, stands for outdoor units and keeping the same to a safe location as per the directions of the engineer in charge.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the 1.5 TR Split type AC unit at a specified location by mounting/fitting Indoor and Outdoor units at their respective locations , inter connecting wiring for both indoor outdoor units , interconnecting the indoor unit and outdoor unit with refrigerant piping etc complete as required.

Suppying and fixing additional copper refrigerant piping of suitable sizes with all accessories like i/c cutting, bending, jointing, brazing, flaring, etc comp.as reqd.
