AIR CONDITIONING
Supply, Installation, inspection, Testing, Commissioning and performance guarantee tests of all equipments and accessories of Air conditioning system for building No 234 (third floor of building) and 391(second floor of building) at VSN Nagpur by using VRV/VRF technology. The AC work has to be carried out for Location of outdoor units shall be decided in consultation with Eng in charge. The indoor units shall be installed in such a way that air is distributed properly to all parts of room. Installation of entire work has to be got done through OEM of manufacturer. Necessary documentary evidence in this regard has to be submitted before staring of installation. The installation shall be comprising the following:-
(i) Parameter of Air conditioning system: Equipment shall be operate continuously for 8-10 hrs per day in all seasons of the year while maintaining the guaranteed indoor conditions, inside room temperature shall be 23 ± 2º C and 55 % RH in all rooms, occupancy and equipment load attached at Annexure "A and B"
(ii) The outdoor unit /Condensing Units will comprise of Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF air cooled condensing Outdoor units in modular design in complete with 100% inverter Hermetically Sealed Scroll compressor. (Note:- Compressor must be of the same manufacturer as the outdoor unit ) with variant refrigerant temperature(VRT) from 6 degree Celsius to 11 degree Celsius for higher energy efficiency suitable for cooling operations with air cooled condenser with low noise fan having inter-connected control wiring, refrigerant piping with standard accessories, powder coated of following capacities duly charged with R410A refrigerant complete with all accessories. Each VRV/VRF unit must have minimum two number scroll/rotary compressor for higher capacity module (from 16HP ODU onwards) and out of two number Compressors all shall be inverter Scroll Compressor (With inverter controller) and capable of changing the rotating speed to follow variations in cooling loads. ODU must deliver COP of 5 at 50% Load at ARI Condition. Out door unit shall be suitable to operate in an ambient temperature range of -5 Deg C to 49 Deg C in cooling mode. The condenser coil shall be constructed of integrally enhanced seamless copper tubes arranged in staggered rows. The capacity of outdoor unit is as below:-
(a) VRF Outdoor unit 44 HP cooling mode only for 234 building
(b) VRF Outdoor unit 36 HP cooling mode only for 391 building
The indoor unit will comprise of Supply & installation , testing & commissioning of Variable refrigerant flow modular type indoor units comprising of all accessories as per the specifications suitable for VRV system. The indoor unit ductable/Cassette/Hi-wall with evaporator coil, fan with motor, drain pump shall be suitable to work on cooling as well as heating mode. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ±6% /415± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply. The indoor units shall be of following capacities. VRF INDOOR UNITS : Indoor units of types mentioned below complete with cordless remote controller, Lifting Shifting of Indoor & Outdoor Units on Terrace / Platform level. mounting arrangements, drain pump etc. including making of holes in walls for ducting cut-outs, piping & electrical cabling cut-outs, & finishing the same in all respects , closing of old cut-outs, making cut-outs on top floor for new connection of air - cooling ducting etc complete all as specified and directed.
(a) Four Way ceiling mounted cassette type AC's VRF Type Indoor Units of 3.0 TR Capacity / 4.0 HP for cooling as per manufacturer with min CFM 1183 CFM(for 234 buidling-8Nos and 391 building- 7Nos)
(b) Four Way ceiling mounted cassette type AC's VRF Type Indoor Units of 1.5 TR capacity/2HP for cooling as per manufacturer with min CFM 812 CFM (for 234 buidling-28Nos and 391 building- 16Nos)
(c) Four Way ceiling mounted cassette type AC's VRF Type Indoor Units of 1.28 TR capacity/1.6HP for cooling as per manufacturer with min CFM 600 CFM (for 234 buidling-11Nos and 391 building- 3Nos)
(d) Four Way ceiling mounted cassette type AC's VRF Type Indoor Units of 1.0 TR capacity/1.25HP for cooling as per manufacturer with min CFM 550 CFM(for 234 buidling-5Nos )
(e) HI wall split AC's VRF Indoor Units of 2.0 TR Capacity / 2.5 HP for cooling as per manufacturer with min CFM 671 CFM-10Nos(for 234 buidling-10Nos and 391 building- 2Nos)
(f) HI wall split AC's VRF Indoor Units of 1.5 TR Capacity / 2 HP for cooling as per manufacturer. With min CFM 459 CFM-2Nos(for 234 buidling-2Nos and 391 building- 2Nos)
Material and labour for Installation and testing of Intelligent Controller - Centralized Control Systems ,BACnet Compatible related accessories for field devices interface - for monitoring at one location, including all necessary cabling, field accessories, etc. : Centralized Remote Controller System Making of holes in walls for ducting cut-outs, piping & electrical cabling cut-outs, & finishing the same in all respects , closing of old cut-outs, making cut-outs in 2nd and 3rd floor for new connection of air - cooling ducting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The sizes of header, distribution, ref net etc shall be designed as per the requirement of air conditioning in each room. The OEM/manufacturer shall submit working details for arriving the sizes of pipe duly supporting with standard/ code of practice.
Supply and laying control cabling between Indoor & Outdoor Units with 3 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated single core 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including 20mm PVC conduit pipe fixed on cable trays(for 234 buidling-625rm and 391 building- 425rm ) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, errection, testing and commissioning of Hard UPVC Drain piping with 9 mm Rubber Nitrile Class "O" Insulation suitable for UPVC solvent cement jointing of " 50 mm / 32 mm dia.(for 234 buidling-400rm and 391 building- 350rm ) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and installation of 2mm Thick hot dip GI Closed Tray of size 450mm wide x 50mm depth fabricated with perforated sheet for laying of copper piping / electrical cabling / drain piping etc with top cover enclosure, hangers, ties etc .- 475rm (Appx)(for 234 buidling-475rm and 391 building- 325rm ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS stand / Catwalk Type Structure Stands for Outdoor Units WITH PROVISION OF ANTI VIBRATION CUSHON FOOT MOUNTING FOR MACHINE including nuts bolts washers welding bending drilling holes for bolts and including one prime coat , one under coat and one finished coat. with required MS frame arrangements , MS Catwalk Type as per site requirement only with Safety Railing & Ladder Arrangement etc - Fabricated with MS "C" Channel / Angle & hanging stand for Indoor Units complete all as specified and as directed.
Note: The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 75 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Schedule 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance as mentioned on Grand Summary.
