Construction of drain from PTC boundary to main drain and renovation of Santoshi Maa temple park in ward No.16

Earthwork excavation in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and 1.50m intial lift including rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers to not exceeding 0.30m in depth and as per direction of the EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royality, cess, Tools and plants etc. all complete required for the work to finished item.

PCC (1:3:6) with 40mm crusher broken hard granite metal including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P, etc all cost complete.

Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royality, cess, Tools and plants water for curing etc. all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for CC/RCC works in foundation, plinth band and footings bases of column mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc including false work and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials, cess complete in ground floor

Requirement of HYSD/Ms rod & labour for cutting, bending, binding, straghtning and laying the grills and placing in position including cost of rod & binding weir 18 to 20 guage.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:) finished smooth to RCC drain wall surface including cement punning etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vertified tile in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make confirming to IS : 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of materials, labour T7P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 32mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mmx32mmx2mm @0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.
