PERIODICAL CLEANING OF PUMP HOUSE NO 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11 AND 13 INCLUDING CLEANING OF ALL TYPES OF TANKS, SUMP AND WELL, REPAIRING OF PUMP AND MOTOR ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS, REPAIR TO PS TANK AND VARIOUS TYPE OF VALVE SETS AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) JORHA

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/steel underground/ semi underground SEDIMENTATION TANK 50000/40000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/ INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69 and ultra violet rays including painting by applying one coat of black bituminous paint (suitable for drinking water) on internal wall surfaces of tank (if no tiling work has been done) and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on ladders, railing, etc. located at PUMP HOUSE No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11 & 13 by methods (Seven stages) complete all as specified and as directed as below:-. (a) 1st Stage : Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any suitable method. (b) 2nd Stage : Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ INOXI-60/NB-69 (a laboratory branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) 3rd Stage : Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of PSI. (d) 4th Stage : Sterilization by using TERBAC G5 / INCHLOR-5/NB-10 ( a laboratory certified branded halogen compound) for first bacteria screening.

(e) 5th Stage : Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) 6th Stage : Sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening. (g) 7th stage : Cleaning and sterilize the floor to the water by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69 for third bacteria screening. NOTES :- (i) Company will submit Govt Laboratory test certificate of TERBAC G5 /INCHLOR-5 / NB-10, TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69, before cleaning, fixing the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name on site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All cleaning & sterilization staffs should have accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe should be plugged before cleaning to avoid entering scales and the same shell be re-connected after cleaning the tank. (iii) Sterilization team will be compromised of atleast 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. All as per Serial item No. 1 here-in-before but for CLEAR GROUND WATER TANK, 40000/30000 gallons capacity, Open type, located at PUMP HOUSE No. 1,13, 07 & 11.

All as per Serial item No. 1 here-in-before but for RCC OVER HEAD TANK, 25000/35000 gallons capacity, at 12.00 metre high stagging located at PUMP HOUSE No. 2,11 and outside of pump house No. 11.

All as per Serial item No. 1 here-in-before but for RCC OVER HEAD TANK, 75000 gallons capacity located at PUMP HOUSE No. 7.

M&L for cleaning of RCC GROUND SEDIMENTATION TANK 50000/40000 gallons capacity, Open Type, located at PUMP HOUSE No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11 & 13 by decanting with water, scraping internal surface and bottom of the tank with mild steel scrubbers/brush, rubbing down scale, dirt, sludge, etc, washing with clean water with water spray jet machine taking out and removing mud, dirts, silts, sand, iron deposits/sludge, etc. from inside of the tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50m away from the tank, washing inner surfaces with using lime and bleaching powder and removing the same until clean surface is obtained including cutting of bushes, plants, etc., cleaning of drains, surrounding area up to 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 6 here-in-before but RCC CLEAR WATER GROUND TANK, 40000 gallons capacity, Open type, located at PUMP HOUSE No. 1.

M&L for cleaning RCC OVER HEAD TANK 25000/35000 gallons capacity at 12m height stagging, located at PUMP HOUSE No. 2 & 11 and outside pump house 11 by decanting water, cleaning of internal surface and bottom of the tank by scraping with mild steel scrubbers/brush, rubbing down scale, dirt, sludge, etc., washing with clean water with water spray jet machine taking out and removing mud, dirts, silts, sand, iron deposits/sludge, etc. from inside of the tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50m away from the tank, washing inner surfaces with using lime and bleaching powder and removing the same until clear water is obtained including cutting of bushes, plants, etc., cleaning of drains, surrounding area complete all as specified and as directed.
