Removing existing damaged plastic cane of Chair wooden/ steel of any type and recaning with plastic cane of 2mm wide and border with 4mm wide as per trade pattern, all as specified and directed.

Removing existing broken/damaged wooden seat frame of Chair Steel Tubular and providing new first class hardwood frame duly drilled with holes, French polished or painted black and canning with plastic cane of 2mm wide and border with 4mm wide as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above for back frame of Chair Steel Tubular

Removing existing broken/damaged wooden hand rest of Chair Steel Tubular and providing new teakwood hand rest duly French polished complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing paint from Chair Steel Tubular by any means and painting the same with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer and applying one coat of French polish to wooden members including fixing of new PVC caps and hard rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable lock of Steel Almirah and providing new steel lock of six levers with duplicate keys of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable lock of Steel tables/Cabinets/Side units and providing new steel lock of four levers with duplicate keys of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing broken chromium plated handles of Steel Almirah and providing new chromium plated handles of 80mm grip complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged castor wheels of revolving chair of any description and providing 50mm dia new twin wheel castor wheels of approved design injection moulded in black Nylon with cover heavy duty capable of carrying 114Kg load complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing broken or damaged legs/rafter/stiffener of wooden tables/chair of any type and providing new teak wood legs/rafter/stiffener 40mm to 100mm thick duly French polished with two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Removing worn/torn out, damaged foam and tapestry/ rexine and providing new 50mm thick synthetic foam of density 32Kg/Cum for seat/back of cushioned chairs of wood/steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing worn/torn out, damaged foam and tapestry/ rexine and providing new 75mm thick synthetic foam of density 32Kg/Cum for seat/back of Sofa, cushioned chairs of wood/steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing worn/torn out, damaged foam and tapestry/ rexine and providing 50mm thick synthetic foam of density 32Kg/Cum for seat of Chair Dining/Chair Study/Stool Dressing and for seat/back of Chair Visitor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing worn/torn out, damaged foam and tapestry/ rexine and providing 25mm thick synthetic foam of density 32Kg/Cum for back rest of chair Dining/Chair Study/ side hands of sofas of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 11 to 14: Tapestry cloth/Rexine will be measured and paid for separately.

Providing new tapestry cloth of approved quality and shade costing not less than Rs.450.00 per metre for cushioned chairs, sofas of sorts and stool dressing including necessary stitching for insertion of foam etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Providing superior quality rexine of approved quality and shade for chair, chair dining, chair study etc including necessary stitching/pasting with approved adhesive etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged table top of Office Tables / Lab Tables /Peg Tables/Centre Tables/Corner Tables/ Teapoy wooden/Teapoy Verandah etc., and supply and fix 18mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade of approved quality, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 4mm x 18mm size teakwood beading all around the table tops including two coats of French polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs, shelf made out of 18gauge mild steel sheet as per trade pattern for Almirah Steel Large to match with the existing shelves, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including provision of mild steel cleats made to shape for holding shelf as per trade pattern using 16gauge sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing broken glass panes and replacing with new 3mm thick float glass for the doors/shutters of Almirah Large Steel with glass door/Book Case Steel/ Board Notice etc., to matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing damaged, looking mirror and replacing with 5mm thick superior quality looking mirror to the Dressing Tables/Hat Stand etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing damaged cane of Chair Verandah and recaning with 4mm wide plastic cane including carrying out necessary welding/repairs wherever required and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour and providing hard PVC bushes complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged bed plywood top and replacing with 12mm thick BWP grade plywood complete all as specified and directed.

Removing damaged plywood of Chair wooden bottom seat, drawers of various tables, back support of dressing tables, side boards etc., supply and fixing with 6mm thick BWP grade plywood and secured to frame properly complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken long rail of GI charpoy, supply and fixing new long rail of 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe including necessary cutting/ threading complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken short rail of GI charpoy and making GI short rail from the damaged long rail obtained from Sl item No. 25 above, including necessary cutting/ threading all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken leg of GI charpoy and making GI leg from the damaged short rail obtained from Sl item No. 26 above, including necessary cutting/ threading complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken elbow from GI charpoy, supply and fix new GI medium grade three way elbow suitable for 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken check nuts from GI charpoy, supply and fixing new 6mm thick GI medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken long rail of charpoy newar, supply and fixing new second class hardwood long rail of size 60x 60 x1980mm duly French polished with two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken short rail of charpoy newar and making short rail from the damaged long rail obtained from Sl item No. 30 above duly French polished with two coats including necessary carpentry work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing damaged/broken leg of charpoy newar, supply and fixing new second class hardwood leg including necessary carpentry work, duly French polished with two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing paint from external surfaces and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents/bends, applying putty to obtain even surfaces, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint externally and one coat of synthetic enamel paint internally after preparation of surfaces for the following complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted/polished surfaces of dual desks of sorts and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces and one coat of French polish to the wooden members complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing charpoy by removing the old newar and reassembling after duly cleaning charpoy, tightening, making necessary threading, supply and fixing 12mm thick BWP grade commercial plywood with 6mm dia, 30mm long GI/aluminium bolts, nuts and washers 10 No fixed to the flat iron supports complete all as specified and directed. Note: Flat iron supports will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F, 40 x 6mm mild steel flat iron support, drilling holes and welded to GI charpoy to hold the plywood and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to mild steel surfaces and making good the disturbed GI surfaces etc., complete all as specified and directed.
