SH-I : SITC of Automatic Gaseous Fire Suppression System

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 80 litre capacity, seamless, high pressure, cylinder assembly, conforming to IS - 7285 (PT-2): 2004 or UL - 2166 etc. complete as required including valve, bracket assembly, pressure guage and 2 inch flexible discharge hose etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 34 litre capacity, seamless, high pressure, cylinder assembly, conforming to IS - 7285 (PT-2): 2004 or UL - 2166 etc. complete as required including valve, bracket assembly and 2 inch flexible discharge hose etc. complete as required.

Supply and filling of clean, odourless, colour less, UL listed and suitable for fire class - A, B & C fire suppression agent (FK-5-1-12 Clean Agent) etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 24 V DC, Electric Actuator and Local /manual pneumatic actuator for triggering the cylinder assembly etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Low pressure switch for the cylinder assembly etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Manual Gas Release Station etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Manual Gas Abort Station etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of suitable size (as per hydraulic flow calculation) nozzle with orfices etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of MS pipe (M.S. Seamless To ASTM A-106, SCH. 40) red painted with all fittings & supports, etc. on surface/ recess/ above false ceiling/ concealed space/ wall concealed complete as required as per site requirement. (Note: Lot comprises of required length of suitable size MS pipe and associated pipe accessories like Bend, Tee, Elbow & Coupling etc. for each location)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Modular Microprocessor based expandable intellegent Addressable Type Fire Alarm Control Panel with gas release module of two loops, with minimum 320 character graphics / LCD display with touch screen or other keypad and minimum 4000 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM), The panel should be equiped with loop capacity to take minimum 240 intellegent addressable detectors/ devices (In any combination ) in one loop. Four access levels, capable of taking Protocol Devices, Graphical Display, sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling ventilation fan, fire pump room, monitoring of fire sprinkler and fire hydrant pump, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed maintenance free lead acid batteries sufficient for 2 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency / fault conditions along with battery stand as required. The panel shall have facility for seamless integration with PA system (For Giving triger Signal to Start pre-recorded Digital Voice Evacuation from PA system in case of fire ). The panel shall be compatible for Building Management System with open protocol BACNET / MODBUS etc. as per specification, complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable multi criteria detector (Smoke + heat) with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications, complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (Latest Version) Response Indicators for getting fire indications of detectors i/c mounting boxes installed above false ceiling area interconnecting to loop cable etc. as per specification complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable Manual call station (Resetable pull / push type) suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54 with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock, electronic or rotary switches for address setting. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN (or polycarbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) loop powered addressable Hooter-cum- strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 90 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

SITC of Auto Dialer with landline dialer capability along with SIM Card recharged upto DLP compatible to addressable fire control panel, capable of delivering pre recorded voice to reset telephone no. in case of fire through mobile network etc. complete with all necessary accessories including connections etc. as required as per site requirement.

Supply and Laying of 2C X 1.5 sq.mm. Copper conductor XLPE insulated armoured Fire Survival Cable as amended upto date, cable laying through conduits/ surface/ recess/ above false ceiling/ concealed space/ wall concealed, etc. for control cabling for Fire detection & alarm devices and interconnecting etc as required.

SH: II -All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) of Automatic Gaseous Fire Suppression System

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of Automatic Gaseous Fire Suppression System for Item No. 1.01 to 1.16 of SH:I installed in different locations as per Annexure-'A' including replacement of all Mechanical, Electrical spares, clean Agent and consumables as and when required to keep the system 100% service condition, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out MONTHLY routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-In-Charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts and submission of monthly maintenance service records and Reporting etc., as required.
