Part-I M&L for uprooting weeds & vegetations by digging the area to a depth not less than 600mm and removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting the fresh growth after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water and then dressing including removal of uprooted vegetations / weeds, malba, debris etc from site to outside MoD land.

Supply, stacking and spreading of good earth at site including royalty and carriage from out side MoD land complete (Note : Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply, stacking and spreading neem cake of good quality at site complete.

Supply, stacking and spreading of good quality manure (cow dung) at site complete. (Note : Cow dung measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Supply, stacking and spreading of yamuna river sand at site complete.

M&L for spreading of sludge, dump manure etc complete.

M&L for flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same.

M&L for fine dressing the ground.

M&L for digging hole 1.2mtr dia and 1.2mtr deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earh mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any from site to outside MoD land (Note : Manure and extra good earth if needed will be paid under item No 2 to 4 here in above)

All as per item No 11 above but of hole 60cm dia and 60cm deep.

Supply and planting best quality grown ground cover in polybags of Golden durenta plants to be got approved before planting by Accepting Officer.

All as per item No 13 above but Irish& Enermi plants.

Supply of best quality Diffenbachia (Ground) plants with 250mm size pots grown healthy full of leaves etc complete (Note : sample of pot to be got approved before supplying by GE).

Part-II Maintenance of lawn by engaging one gardener and one helper for watering, cleaning, weeding, fertilization, watchup to avoid animal entry, cutting of lawn, hedge, creeper, ground cover, shurbs tree and remain responsible for replacement of dead plants,shrubs,grass and other casualities for item No 1 to 22 above as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Gardener shall be three year experienced in gardening. (ii) Unit rate quoted against above item shall be inclusive of all labour and materials required to keep the plants/ grass/ trees in full lively position with healthy grow upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (iii) If any plant/ tree/ area of grass planted under item No 1 to 22 here-in-before is found dead during this period, shall be replaced without any extra cost to the department. (iv) The item No 23 of BoQ shall be operative after completion of Phase-I.
