Providing & fixing false ceiling using GI grid locks / sections hanged over from ceilings (Wooden / RCC ) to required shape / design as directed by Engineer Incharge complete with jointing compound prescribed by principal manifactural of Gyp Board & cement fiber board
False ceiling gyp board (LAFARGE or Equivalent) not less than 10mm thick
False ceiling with Cement Fibre board (Everest make) not less than 8mm thick high density.(for wet areas only).
Prioviding & finishing the plastered surface & gyp ceiling / cement fibre board ceiling with wall putty of approved brand (JK / Birla / Nerolac ) complete with scaffolding etc. Thickness of wall putty to be maintained not less than 3mm in two or more coats.
Providing / fixing of commercial ply wood covvering 12mm thick over wooden frame work excluding cost of wooden frame work but including all packings wherever required as directed by Engineer Incharge including cost of nails, scaffolding etc complete (Plywood to be used shall be of approved make Godden, Century & Green).
