Taking down window type AC unit / Split type AC (Outdoor unit only) of any capacity complete removal of existing paint including scraping the old faded paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using sprayer and refixing the AC in position, giving necessary electric connection and testing including replacement of worn out bolts, nuts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing window type AC of any capacity from any location, replacing the bottom tray complete with 14 SWG MS Sheet duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, re-fixing in its old position including replacement of worn out bolts, nuts and washers etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerant gas M -22/R-134 / R-32 / R-407 any type of refrigerant gas as per existing type upto sufficient required pressure for 1.5 TR window type AC/Split type AC including connected works like cutting of copper tubing including brazing and refixing in position complete all as directed.
