Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system flat plate collector type with heat exchanger cage type ss 304 type- 1 for cold region Rated capacity 1500 LPD complete with Electrical heater back up 6-9 KW including thermostate, stainless steel hot water tank of suitable capacity, circulation pump of 0.5 HP single phase 240 volt -02 Nos, including suitable size of copper wire upto 50 mtr length for connection with starter switch, RTD senser-02 Nos, incl cabeling and make up tank and connecting inlet and outlet pipe with suitable insulation etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F 15mm bore water tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including suitable insulation with 'O' class Nitrile Rubber of 9 mm thickness with aluminium foil externally and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm bore water tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including suitable insulation with 'O' class Nitrile Rubber of 9 mm thickness with aluminium foil externally and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia bib tap, brass, chromium plated with capston head and cup washer, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, fabrication and erection of structural steel work as in compound griders and stainchions, lattice griders, arial masts, staging for water tanks/solar water heating system and the like incl caps, bases splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, incl all latice bars, stiffners, gusset plates, welding, fitting , drilling etc conforming to grade Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality "A" complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, fabrication and erection of mild steel framed work such as in grills, framed guard bars, hold fasts, cages for monkely menace, framed doors and gates and similar works, doors drilled to fix sheet, welding, fitting, drilling , prepared to hanging confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, fabrication and erection of hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths bent to shape required and welding to steel frame weight n. exc 4 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated iron or steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation of columns , posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core XLPE (cross linked polythene ) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip , electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts or pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing of HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia with all connected accessories complete as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SPN, DB, 8 way, double door, IP 43 , as per IS 8623 , including fixing on surface/concealed with connected accessories and incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/ thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB TPN 415 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, 63 Amps, 'C' curve MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 240 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, 40Amps, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 15mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on roof complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor complete all as specified and directed

S & F test point terminal block made of phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm thick drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to copper strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator in wall complete all as specified and directed

S & F porcelain insulator of suitable size for support of earth strip into wall with two nut, bolt and washer of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with copper strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of char coal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.
