Supply and delivery of the following materials at site.

Vertical bore well submersible Pumping Machinery directly coupled with integral vertical hollow shaft submersible squirrel cage induction Motor suitable for river bed tube well having power supply at 340-440V, 50Hz, ±6% with capacity: Discharge= 45 m3/hr., head= 30 m, RPM=2900. Material of construction: Pump Bowl Housing: CI, Pump & Motor Shaft: SS, Impeller: BR/SS/CR steel/Nyrol fiber type of starter: DOL, speed: 2900 rpm. Ambient-50°C (as per IS 8034 if available in market) [Test Certificate & Curve chart are to be submitted at the time of delivery after having necessary approval from EIC.]

80mm dia M.S. seamless column pipe(black) 6.8mm to 7.1 mm thick with 125mm long heavy type socket at one end.

3.00 m long excluding socket having 8T.P.I. thread.

1.50 m long excluding socket, one end having a thread of 11 T.P.I & the other end having a thread of 8 T.P.I.

Following specials and others in each set a) 80mm dia C.I.D.F. Non-return valve--(IS-5312,Part I PN 1.0).- 1 no.+ C.I.D.F. Sluice Valve- 1 no....1 set, b) 80mm dia C.I.D.F. short piece of one mtr.length-2 nos. & 0.5mtrs. length.- 2 nos. ...1 set c) 80mm dia C.I.D.F. 90 degree Bend- 1 no. .+ C.I.D.F. Tee- 1 no..... 1 set d) 10 mm. thick MS Tubewell cover for TW Housing having suitable holes for entry of 80 mm dia column pipe & 50 mm dia GI pipe for cable protection . ........1 set , Suitable MS suspension clamp-1 pair with nuts and bolts, suitable anti snapping cage - 1 no and suitable MS Enlarger with MS Nipple for 80mm dia outlet if required to comple the job. (special should be conform related to IS specification, with proper test certificate. )

16 sq mm, 3 core, 1.1 KV, XLPE insulated Ar. Al. conductor Cable between Submersible pump at river to MCC panel installed within WTP Confirming to IS:7098(PART-I)/1554 (PART-I) 1988. (Materials should be supplied as per requirement of site, no extra material will be received by the department.)

100 mm x 50 mm MS clamp made of 5 mm thick and 24 mm width strip with nuts & bolts for holding 80 mm dia pipe as per direction and as per requirement.

Cutting Laying & filling of 16 sq mm, 3 core, XLPE insulated Ar. Al. conductor for submersible pumps through GI pipe as supplied under Sl No.1.40 with MS clamp at river bed.

Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground ibn single tier formation ( horizontal) , trench size 680mm × 760mm up to average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable 8 (eight) Nos bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos bricks per meter as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled with shifted soils, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed as per direction of EIC and IE rules. [Any item or accessories not considered (like reducer, enlarger, expansion joint, valve support etc) in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation of all submersible pumping machineries shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose]

Installation and lowering of sixteen numbers submersible Pumping Machineries with all erection of materials such as reducer, enlarger, valves etc. as required and fitting fixing MS clamp, nut bolts for holding 80 mm dia pipe with connecting line, as per direction of EIC. Rate is including hire charges of Generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants & Gland to complete the job as per relevant IS and as per direction of EIC. and with all electrical connections with Panel and DOL starter with Submersible pump to run the whole system. [Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose]
