Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for slabs supported on wall, beams and columns, in floor, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like ,complete all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two Coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces two Coats overFinishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge.

Removing excavated material outside the PCDA complex and deposited where directed away from PCDA complex, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Civil work for installing each Bollard by digging holes inside cemented concrete road not less than 1200mm deep and 400 mm wider in diameter or as required at site ensuring proper depth and compaction for stability,using reinforcements if required,placing bollards in excavated holes,pouring concrete around the bollard ensuring proper compaction to avoid air gaps,finishing the surface level with the ground or slightly sloped for drainage.etc all as per site requirement and removing excess material and clean the area all as specified and directed.

M&L for Civil work for digging a drain pit/soakway or catchment pit near by bollard installation area upto 1200 mm deep and width upto 500 mm depending on drainage needs and lining the pit with geotextile fabric,placing a layer of coarse gravel minimum 150 mm at the base to aid percolation all as specified and directed.

Supply and install a mini submersible pump (water evacuation motor) of capacity 01 HP with starter by connecting a PVC discharge pipe of around 100 mm to actively remove water away from the bollard pit.Pump should be waterproof (IP68-rated) and corrosion resistant powered by an electrical connection with an auto-float switch and a non-return check valve to prevent backflow of water into the bollard pit all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , testing & Commissioning UG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
