Note : The work shall be executed through OEM of make Trane.

Taking down unserviceable SMPS board of 120 TR water cooled/ air cooled chiller package unit and supply and fix new SMPS board of 120 TR capacity of Make : Blue star/Carrier/Trane complete all as specified and directed.

Inspection of complete central AC plants of following capacities through representative of OEM(orginal Equipement Manufacture) of voltas/Carrier/Blue star and checking refrigeration system,Microprocessor control panel, connected PCBs,compressors, evaporators and all connected equipements and including submit inspection report for the further course of action to smooth run of AC plant complete all as specifed and directed.

Inspection of complete central AC plants of capacity of 65 TR to 95 TR through representative of OEM(orginal Equipement Manufacture) of TRANE and checking refrigeration system,Microprocessor control panel, connected PCBs,compressors, evaporators and all connected equipements and including submit inspection report for the further course of action to smooth run of AC plant complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down micro process based control panel of chiller package AC plant MAKE BLUE STAR /voltas/ Carrier /dhanbush of various capacities and remove the unserviceble PCB and supply and fix new PCB to micro process based control panel capacity of 75 to 125 TR and refixing to chiller package and programing to the entire panel for smooth functioning, testing complete all as directed. Note : The work shall be executed through OEM of make trane.

Taking down unserviceable module adaptive control clear language display keyboard, supply and fix new module adaptive control clear language display keyboard of TRANE series chiller at EHSV,MEMS plants of capacity 120 TR. Note : The work shall be executed through OEM of make trane.

Leak testing of the system of air cooled /water cooled/Package type chiller/unit of various capacities with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of existing gas from the system in to empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condensors, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying of the leakage including cutting welding brazing etc and reconnecting with ‘O’ rings. Washers, gaskets etc flushing out the Nitrogen and vacuumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas complete all as directed.

Descaling of condenser of various capacities by circulating descaling agent (DC-96) through condensers by forced feed method removing the end covers of the condensers, cleaning the each tube of condenser thoroughly by machine brushing sytem, fixing back the end coversew with new rubber gasket, nuts bolts, washers etc and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of YORK and bluestat make and following model No JS-44FN50B of 60TR from the system by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves opening the compressor removing all internal parts cleaning of all parts thoroughly, overhauling of compressers, supply and replacing the worn out parts viz piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets etc with new ones and refixing/reassembling the compressor unit, oil charging, testing for oil pressure removing the dummy plates leak testing of the compressor and testing the compressor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting & isolating the compressor of YORK make and model JS 84F-T50B of 120TR from the system,at CSL AC plant evacuation of gas flushing out the system with Nitrogen, separating suction, discharge, liquid lines opening the compressor removing all internal parts & cleaning thoroughly with soap solution replacing the worn out parts viz piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets etc with new ones and reassembling the compressor unit, checking of electrical and electronic controls, set points and adjust to the facory levels gas/ oil charging, testing for oil pressure leak testing of the compressor and testing the compressor complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of the Kirloskar make and model No MCQUAY-904 Screw sealed of 50 TR capacity from the system by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves opening the compressor removing all the internal parts, cleaning of all parts thoroughly supply and replacing the worn out parts of piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets etc with new ones and refixing/reassembling the compressor unit, oil charging, testing for oil pressure removing the dummy plates leak testing of the compressor and testing the compressor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of the Blue star/YORK make and model JS43F-N50B, of 50 TR capacity from the system by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves opening the compressor removing all internal parts cleaning of all parts thoroughly supply and replacing the worn out parts of piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets etc with new ones and refixing/reassembling the compressor unit, oil charging, testing for oil pressure removing the dummy plates leak testing of the compressor and testing the compressor complete to the entire satisfaction all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES for ser item No 9 to 12: Repalced parts will be measured and paid for separately as supply only and labour elements for fixing the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. 2. All consumable items like cleaning oil, grease and tools for testing are to be provided by the tenderer and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in in the quoted rates 3 :works shall be executed through Rep of OEM and authorities letter of OEM shall be produced by the contractor to this effect before commencement of works.
