Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel as in hand rails, monkey mence grill balusters, noising to steps, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290 , Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia conforming to FE-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) for use in chain link fencing as wind tie all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 30 cm and dia of neack exc 12 mm but not exc 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified..(Make Berger/Asian/ICI Dulex)

S & F Expanded metal n exc 4 kg weight per square meter, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members. Note:The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to fencing post with staple or steel pins etc all as directed and specified. Note:The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight of barbed wire and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher.

S&F for Galvanished punched tape concertina coil com;lete having galvanized spring steel core wire 2.5 mm dia cold drawn steel, galvanised pundhed. Note:The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight of barbed wire and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher.

Supply and fix 300mm long, mild steel, sliding door bolt matt finish snot less than 16 mm dia bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts extruded section or cast aluminum alloy, complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled mild steel 125 mm size welded to angle iron frames or fixed with screws to wooden frames complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills framed guard bars etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410.0 or Fe 310.0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces,etc,complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering,doors,etc.to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging,and also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
