Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of hot dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 9 Mtr. height and made of 3 mm thick sheet, having bottom 155 mm OAF & top 70 mm OAF, hot dip galvanized M.S base plate of size 260 mm x 260 mm x 16 mm thick, on existing RCC foundation with GI bolt and nuts, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connector box, earthing, marking/ numbering of pole etc.,GI Sleeve on connector box made out of 3mm thick MS sheet 250 mm wide duly welded with existing connector box cover of pole complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 nos mounting strips with tapped holes:- (a) 6 mm thick phenolic laminated / bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door. (b) 4 nos. 40 Amp terminal block suitable for following conductor / cable, fixed on DIN channels i/c providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – on the existing phenolic laminated / bakelite sheet. (i) 16 sq mm conductor – 4 nos and short links 5-nos. (ii)Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI wire / 1.5 sq mm wire. (c) 6 Amp SP MCB,10 kA ‘C’ Series-1 nos. including mountings on DIN channel, Earth stud 2 Nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers, springs washers & nuts etc. (d) Suitable arrangement for saddling of incoming / outgoing cables i/c lugs thimbles etc as required.

Providing and laying in position, M25 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 500mm long x 500mm wide and 1400 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia. 1500 mm long (approx.)-8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia. 2000 mm long (approx.)-8 Nos. (With approx. 150 mm spacing) i/c centering & shuttering as required, positioning of foundation bolts 4 nos. M-24x750mm long foundation bolt of L Type (100 mm bend & 750 mm straight), 150 mm top threaded portion of bolt shall be galvanized and rest portion shall be coated with Red oxide to avoid corrosion & G.I nuts (EN 8-grade) with 3 Nos. and 2 Nos. washer, along with 2 Nos. templates/Anchor plate of size 260 mm x 260 mm x 3 mm thick shall be supplied manufactured from the original pole manufacturing company only for casting of foundations and providing 63 mm (OD) 2 Nos. DWC pipe 1 mtr long approx. each for cable entry and exit etc complete as required.

Supplying and installation of hot dip galvanized circular ring having inner diameter 1000 mm made out of 48 mm dia MS pipe B-class and having 4 nos. arms of length approximate 400mm long each made out of 40mm dia MS pipe B- class i/c mounting arrangement at the top of the pole i/c marking holes for installation of flood light luminaries and wire entries with movable cap at the top with fixing arrangement. Complete as required.

Supplying fabrication and installation of wire mesh protection cover guard for main feeder pillar made out of 8 SWG wire mesh of suitable size with MS angle iron base frame 40 mm X 40 mm X 5 mm and 0.5 Mtr. long leg spot and MS strip with support size 40 mm X 6 mm as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-Charge i/c providing door of suitable size with S/F of godown lock, locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame in CC 1:2:4 etc. complete as required.

Supplying,installation,testing & commissioning of 4Mtr. high decorative pole (as per indicative drawaing or as approved by the engineer-in-charge)made out of GI tube B-class pipe with duly welded with MS base plate of dia 250 mm X 250 mm X 10 mm, a different section bottom 1000 mm X 114 mm X 4.0 mm & upper section 3000 mmX 76 mm X 3.2 mm with cast aluminum embellishment E3 and has a service window with connector and SPMCB for loop-in & loop-out arrangement. The pole will be primer coated and PU painted to accomodate ornamental LED post top fixture etc. complete as required .

Casting and erection of suitable foundation for pole of overall size 400 mm x 400 mm x1200 mm deep (both above & below ground level), having concrete mix 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) including fixing of "J' type MS bolts - 4 Nos, Two nos. DWC pipes of 32/40mm dia, medium class, of suitable lenght shall be embedded in above foundation for drawing of incoming and ougoing cable. The tor steel used in pedestal shall be 12mm dia 8 nos. vertical with 10mm dia ring for @200 c/c as binders - 7 No. complete with digging, shuttering & back filling etc. as required. Tor steel shall be ISI marked.

Supplying and fixing 40 wattage LED post-top lantern with spun aluminium canopy and die-cast aluminium spiget with clear acrylic diffuser made up of aluminium housing with dif-fuser i/c fasteners/G.I. piping,connections,testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of anti climbing device on existing ornamental Poles of 76 mm dia and upto 4.5 mtr. height made out of stainless steel. Clamp of strip size 30mmx5mm and 10 mm steel roads 30 cm each fixed at 30 degree in circular shape i/c nut , bolts, painting etc. complete etc. as reqd.
