Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flyash brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6, 20 mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster includiing raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed

M/L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick/concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC fencing posts or struts of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Joist, channel, angle,MS Flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing posts complete etc as in chain link fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc for securing wire mesh etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 15 mm long all as specified and directed

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooksand hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging,also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing 3 to 4 mm dia wire, size of mesh 50 x 50 mm, made up to mattress or cages, all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs of 600mm dia concertina coil fixed to the existing mild steel post over the boundray wall of height 3m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 6mm and not exc 9mm in thickness and n.exc 2.5cm in length complete fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 6mm and not exc 9mm in thickness exc 2.5cm not exc 5cm in length complete fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1,using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates , etc including necessary form work, all as specified and as directed

M&L in repairs for precast RCC Jallies 35 mm thick incl all mouldings, type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm size aggregate, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth , upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of cement base paint with paint brush or roller brush, as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed
