8550 REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC WORKS TO CERTAIN BLDGS IN THE AREA OF AGE BR-II UNDER GE CENTRAL PUNE

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab,walls,chajjas etc,shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-charge(a) M&L for 10mm thick plaster bscreed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound 200 ml per bag of cement (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab,walls, chajjas etc by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and applying one coat of oil based cold bituminius primer @ 0.40 ltr per Sqm of area complete all as specified .(c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane ,non woven,polyster,weighing not less than 3.5Kg /Sqm and 3mm thick with laps and over laps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application methd all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge .Carring out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leekage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.(d0 Finally applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane & Removing of existing old bitumenous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position on roof slab/sunken slab as in padding etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete and making good disturbed portion of jambs with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates, plastering, finish as required etc as directed

S&F Factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid PVC single door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm prelaminated colour sheet reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm MS square tube having wall thickness 19 guge complete all as shown in sketch on page 150 of SSR 2020 Part II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelaminated colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick prelaminated colour PVC sheet to be fixed in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with 5mm x 30 mm PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solventcement complete all as shown in drg give on page 176 of SSR 2020 part II. The width of stiles and rails shall be as specified in para 8B.2.1 on page 145 of SSR 2020 part II.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete.

All as per item No 16 above but in skirting / vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick baking coat of CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles including 10 mm rendering CM 1:4 in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and including dismantling floor heath or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S & F 2nd class hardwood Battens for tiles, shingles etc sectional area n exc 15sqcm of size including tilting fillets clean dawn all as specified and directed and including dismantling of battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc.15 cm complete

Fixing only batten obtained from dismantling including dismantling of battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc.15 cm complete all as directed. .

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete as specified and directed and including dismantling of pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets/manglore tile & AC sheets etc.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, bent to shape as required and directed fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed and including dismantling of pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets/manglore tile & AC sheets etc.

S & F Roof tiles,mangalore Pattern,interlocking at side joints,laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed.and including Dismantling of Manglore pattern interlocking roof tiles.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L type J type and cranked hook and including Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick one side laminated gypsum ceiling board for false ceiling on aluminium powder coated grid work 60 cm x 60 cm with using 36.5 mm x 23.5 mm x1.5 mm thick main tee, 23.5 x 23.5 mm x 1.28 cross tee and 25 x 25x 1.5 mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4.0 mm dia GI wire and 'J' bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm C/C both ways, size of grid shall be 605 x 605 mm, and applying three coats of white wash and including Dismantling of boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails i.e. in cupboard shutters, partitions, false ceiling and wall lining etc
