REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANE AT ITARANA CANTT UNDER GE ALWAR

M & L for maintenance, repairs and periodical check with skilled crane repairer to all components of EOT crane 5 tonnes capacity each including limit switches, vertical motion, horizontal motion in transverse and longitudinal directions, greasing, lubricating, cleaning to all movable parts, rail track line of crane, adjustment and rectification of flexible cable with cable carrier, replacement of PVC cable carriers, rectification and tightening of all electrical connections at main EOT panels and connected electrical drive motors, checking and rectification of brake system with replacement of tie rod, replacement of gear oil, replacements of gasket and oil seal, replacement of nuts and bolts, checking and rectification of portable and pendent control panel, checking and rectification of cranes light points for smooth functioning, cleaning and dusting of all components complete all as specified and as directed. Note-(i) All spares parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as respective item of schedule 'A' as supply only. The labour charge shall be included in this item. (ii) Duration for completion of the item shall be for the entire period of the contract and shall be measured in the Unit of Each Job.

Supply only lever type limit switch, 2 way type, two contacts (LS/2SH/2), IP55 protection, made of Aluminium Die Cast (Powder Coated), three phase, rated voltage 500 V, AC supply, suitable for 5 tonnes crane capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rotary geared limit switch, gear ratio 48:1 with 2 N.O.+2 N.C. contacts, IP54 protection, made of cast iron for 2 tonnes and 5 tonnes EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only electrohydraulic thruster operated brake suitable for hoisting motion and cross travel motion for crane 2 and 5 tonnes crane, three phase, 415V AC supply, made of heavy duty cast iron with hydraulic oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only electrohydraulic thruster operated brake suitable for long travel motion for crane 2 and 5 tonnes crane, three phase, 415V AC supply, made of heavy duty cast iron with hydraulic oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only shoe type electrohydraulic thruster brake, upto 18 kg capacity, upto 250 mm drum dia three phase, 415V AC supply, made of heavy duty cast iron with hydraulic oil suitable for hoisting, cross travel and long travel motion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing of helical gear box for hoist motion horizontal type opening and removing hoist gear box top cover by unscrewing nut bolts, side shaft plates etc. and replacement of damage oil seal , gaskets of suitable size and replacement of gear oil after washing flushing & cleaning gear box chamber completely by kerosene oil and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Gear oil will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for repairing of helical gear box of long travel and cross travel motion vertical type for 2 tonnes and 5 tonnes crane and opening and removing of long travel and cross travel box top cover by unscrewing nut bolts, side shaft plates etc., replacement of damage oil seal, gaskets of suitable size and replacement of gear oil after washing flushing & cleaning gear box chamber completely by kerosene oil and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Gear oil will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in repairs AC drive (VVVF) upto 7.5 kW heavy duty, 3 phase, 415V AC complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing of wheel for long travel and cross travel of 2 and 5 tonnes crane and removing bearing cover by unscrewing nut bolts, side shaft plates etc and replacement of gaskets of suitable size and greasing of bearing after washing flushing and cleaning bearing and casing chamber completely by kerosene oil and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Greasing will be measured and paid separately.

Supply of gear oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC Flexible Cable 1.5 sq mm 16 cores complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only stainer wire 6 mm with end bracket 2 Nos for E.O.T Crane End Carriage side welded including cutting welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only steel wire ropes 6X36 SW (14-7+7-7-1) (CF), rope grade 1960, fibre core, nominal diameter 12 mm as per IS 2266: 2019 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only steel wire ropes 6X36 SW (14-7+7-7-1) (CF), rope grade 1960, fibre core, nominal diameter 10 mm as per IS 2266: 2019 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cable resting trolley with wheel Cat No: - P-20 complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - USGC, S.S Engins, G.P.S crane

Supply only power contactor 3 pole 32 Amp, 110 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only overload relay 1.0- 2.3,4.5-7.8,14-23 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only tie rod of brake system and nuts, bolts complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only push button station 8 way complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully electric motor, induction type and carrying out rewinding with super enamelled copper windings wire of suitable size so as to provide rated output at rated speed complete including all other winding materials such as Leatheroid paper, bamboo strips, PVC insulation tape, cotton tape, PVC sleeves, insulation varnish etc complete including assembling testing and comprising of motors of 3 phase 400-440 Volts, 50 cycles/second, 1440 RPM, capacity 5 HP to 10 HP including refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully electric motor, induction type and carrying out rewinding with super enamelled copper windings wire of suitable size so as to provide rated output at rated speed complete including all other winding materials such as Leatheroid paper, bamboo strips, PVC insulation tape, cotton tape, PVC sleeves, insulation varnish etc complete including assembling testing and comprising of motors of 3 phase 400-440 Volts, 50 cycles/second, 1440 RPM, capacity 1/2 HP 4.5 HP including refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brake /compressor oil for EOT crane 2, 5 tonnes capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only grease for EOT crane of 2, 5 Tonnes capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only flexible coupling suitable perfect alignment between motor and driven machine with greasing and replacement of suitable nuts and bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs in step down transformer double wound 415 /24-42-110 volts of capacity upto 500 VA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs in rectifier unit 24/110 volts dc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 7/11 pin relay 24/110 Volts AC with mounting base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/strip opening micro drive box complete with rectifier transformer arrangement, magnetic disc both side coupling for removing both side ends of driving shaft (gear box coupling side and braking arrangement coupling side) making multi key arrangement on both the shaft and coupling (Teeth system) to avoid any kind of play in coupling and shaft including replacement of 04 Nos carbon bushes, replacement of o2 Nos gun metal bushes including making oiling arrangement in bushes and side covers of bushes/housing of micro drive reassembling/testing complete (crane capacity 2, 5 tonnes) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel geared coupling for L.T and C.T of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
