Black polythene sheet as per IS 2508-1984 reaffirmed 2008. i) Thickness of sheet should be minimum 250 micron. Ii) Size of Sheet 85 Ft. (L) x 18FT(W) iii) Tensile Strength. Longitudinal Direction 140 Kg/Cm2 Transverse Direction 110 Kg/Cm2 Material to be tested from an approval lab. if test report is negative test charges will be borne by supplier and penality will be imposed on prorata basis for all parameters as given above on an average of tensile strength. Coverage area - 1 Kg wt. of Black polythene sheet will cover upto 40-50 ft square approx.
