Part A (For Residential BuA = 1,04,361.04 Sqm): Construction of Affordable Housing Project of 2392 number of EWS dwelling units and 36 number of shops under PMAY on Plot Bearing Land on S. No. 420/A/8 at Kasabe Solapur, Tal- North Solapur, Dist- Solapur, Maharashtra. (Package-2) (Please refer entire Tender Document Volume ( I, II and III) for detaills of Items of work in Tender Document ) The Built Up Area of the overall project shall be as per latest UDCPR. Total project built up area includes following components: Residential Units, Shops under building, Building components like lift, staircase, balcony, walls, common passages, society office, stilt level and Non-Residential remnants, the stilt protion, the actual area under staircase, lift well, underground tank, society office, servant's toilet and remaining stilt area will be included. The area calculations for payment shall be got certified / approved from MHDC & PMC. In case of any dispute regarding Built Up Area Calculation, the decision of M.D. & C.E.O, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA (Part A Residential BuA 1,04,361.04Sqm + Part B Commercial 1,584.32 Sqm = 1,05,945.36 sqm.) (Refer Clause 1.1 (III) of Volume I.) Note: Minimum Built Up area and its corresponding carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications, documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol. I & Vol. II) only.
Part - B (For Commercial BuA = 1,584.32 Sqm & Infra Work): % Rate Basis - Ref. Annexure Part - B Total Amount arrived after application of Quoted % (+/- By the Bidder) in Part B of BOQ Annexure
