Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed

S&F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples to uPVC door with beading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, Guard bar drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapeas directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite 16-18 mm thick (of any type) work (machine cut) in steps, jambs, pillar, window-cills, cooking platform and like in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x90 mm comprisingof virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms)fabricated with miter joints after applyingPVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screwshavingminimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 modules ofelasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) M.S. hold fast/ lugsor SS dash fasteners shall be paid forseparately. For (ii) WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but nothing extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and naturalfibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size withnecessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing “Factory Made 30mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated Wiremesh Door Shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter. For fixing Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh combinly panel area of door except stiles and rails to be panelled with mesh with self tapping round headed scresws at required distance, scres and edges covered with feathered pvc edge beading all around of mesh and fixing stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. S&F solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet , reinforced with MS square tube, fixing complete as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry , built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendereing brick or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete chajjas any type and thickness specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular/angle trusses including special shaped washers, purlins, rafters, posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ-150) as in roof covering / cladding to wall, chajjas, etc. and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F 150 mm aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 250 mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F 140mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description n.exc 1.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work both faces is covered with approved pattern decorative coloured laminate type I of 0.9mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30mm flap, continuous (piano) hinges, width,mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised

S&F for 100mm hasp and staple, safety type, anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F repair 40mm dia cupboard/kitchen cabinet knobes fixed with nuts, screw and washer of MS, bright finshed omplete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed tiles, coloured 300x450 x 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering as backing in CM 1:4 all as specifeid and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 1mm thick one coat of white wall putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.
