Dismantling brick or stone masonry in clay under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators,ceilings, partitions etc including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base course and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead .

Dismantling and removing old tiled cladding from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead .

Disposal of building rubbish / malba /rock/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all lifts involved.etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing cast in situ double under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) 300 mm dia, Upto a initial depth of 6 mtrs

Beyond Initial Depth of 6.0 m

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/ Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Single pile upto 50 tonne Safe capacity
