Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable 3 core 95 sqmm size and shall be deposited to place where complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated , screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor , 22000 V grade cross sectional area of 3 Core 95 Sqmm in trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type-I of size 300mmx180mmx 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead 25X4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc connected to DBs all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation / earth work in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab cover 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade,including GI strip 25x4 mm dia with GI protection pipe of 15 mm medium grade up to 7.5 meter length etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning/ Refilling of excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing at a point where directed not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for stone dust sand cushioning to under ground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road/hard standing 15 Cm width and 30 CM depth for passing the cable including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80mm dia light grade with all fitting laid in road cutting/floor/on wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply , jointing and testing end terminal cable jointing kit for 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply , jointing and testing end terminal cable jointing kit for 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
