M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregtaes) as in floors, finishing the surfaces of concrete even and fair (without using extra cement) or in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc., surfaces finished even and rough to receive the topping layer, including use and waste of formwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

All as per BOQ item No 25.00 above but on vertical surface, including rubbing and hand polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with wire marking to receive tile over it, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on and including one coat 1.5mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. Note- (a) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands / chajja / building edges / borders / projections where contrasting colours as specified and directed is to be applied) (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be got executed from authorized applicator of manufacturer of the approved material .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) Cost of scafolding upto 10m height of building is included in this item. (d.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (e) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserved against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.

M&L for repairs to damaged roof after complete removal of existing treatment on roof including padding, cleaning the roof surfaces using wire brush, brooming down and appplying the following treatment complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site, in order of precedence as stated below:- (i) M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on existing cleaned roof surfaces to a true proper level after applying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned roof surfaces after removal of existing treatment on roof. (ii) M&L for applying one coat of bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm of surface area. (Note :- Bituminous primer shall be 'TANK MASTIC' manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd) (iii) M&L for laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.00 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric, weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrance shall be taken to a height of 3cm (minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (iv) M&L for Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch and method as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or "MOPLY FP 3mm" manufactured by M/s Texas India Ltd & equivalent of Shivam Tar product.

Dismantling post or strut (Wood, steel, RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion embedded in conrete, brickwork, masonry, by demolition and making good the disturbed portion of ground, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc. 0.5 cum, in soft/loose soil, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 cm and making good complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

M&L for taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces by washing down with water and removing the rubbish off the premises and appplying the following treatment complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site, in order of precedence as stated below:- (a) M&L for Cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing the cleaned surfaces with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (b) M&L for grouting the sunken portion with 25mm thick, plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) over sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement . (c) M&L for applying two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K manufactured by M/s Pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE). (d) M&L for laying a protective layer of 15mm thick screed bed or rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound at appropriate ratio of approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparation as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions.
