Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 50m lead as per direction of E/I. (DSR-2023, 15.7.4)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix(i/c equivalent design mix) (DSR-2023, 15.2.1)

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50m ( stacks of cleaned brick shall be measured) (DSR-2023, 15.8.3)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials within 50m lead. (DSR-2023,15.25)

Dismantling steel work manually/by mechanical means in builtup section without dismembering and stacking within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Incharge. (DSR-2023,15.19)

Earth work in excavation by mechanial means ( Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drain ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kind of Soil.(DSR-2023, 2.8.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 gradded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (DSR-2023, 4.1.8)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 gradded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (DSR-2023, 5.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 gradded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (DSR-2023, 5.2.2)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, footings, basses of columns, etc. for mass concrete. (DSR-2023, 5.9.1)
