Supplying, Installing, Connecting, Commissioning and Testing of Transformer, Step Down, Outdoor Type, Floor or Platform Mounted complete with standard fittings, 11 KV / 433 V [at No load], AC, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, of 1000 KVA capacity, Double Copper Wound, Oil immersed, CRGO Core type Naturally cooled, Built-up with class "A" insulation, having Primary Voltage [HT] 11 KV and Secondary Voltage [LT] of 433 Volts, Delta connected on 11 KV Side & Star connected on 433 Volts side, designed & constructed with particular reference to Tropical Condition, conforming to IS – 1180-2014, Level-2 with latest amendment including making good the existing Platform, refixing existing HT / LT Busbar and Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following Specification and Fittings: Continuous Rating : 1000 KVA No-Load Voltage Ratio : 11 KV / 433 V Tapping on HV [%] : ± 7.5, ± 5, ± 2.5 Phase & Frequency : 3 Phase & 50 Hz Connection : Delta Star Vector Group : DYN 11 Cooling : ONAN Type : Outdoor

Notes : The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same: Terminal Arrangement: [a] HV & LV Side: Cable Box [b] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [c] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. [d] Routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS are to be followed.

Supply, jointing & testing Indoor end termination cable joininting kit,heat shrinkable type 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity Conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 32 X 6mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for modification of end connection between existing bus duct and transformer by supplying, installing testing and commissioning of adaptor box to connect existing 3000 A Non segregated bus duct of electrolytic copper with transformer.The adaptor box should be minimum IP 54 and complete with copper busbar of existing size with both side connecting terminals/flexible links as required.The adaptor box flange ends should match with the flange ends of bus duct on one side and flange end of transformer on the other side with no machanical stress on the bus duct bus bars or transformer terminals. The adaptor box should be properly earthed with the existing bus duct earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing BER Transformer of 1600 KVA with Cable Box from the foundation/floor, disconnecting all electric connections from any location, transporting and depositing the Transformer to MES Store Yard including necessary T & P complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core.
