PROC & INSTLN OF INDUSTRIAL RO PLANT, WATER COOLER & GENR SET AT ARMY GOODWILL SCHOOL, POTHA

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, etc. Like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated eath upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in (All kind of soil).

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete (of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work upto plinth 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 fine sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with of F.P.S bricks of class designation TS in foundation and Plinth in cement mortar 1:6 mix.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for mass concrete plinth beams.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of the plinth & Columns mix in 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Distempering with water proof smosoom of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer on the sides of pathe with complete job.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two primer on overlapping or sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/Vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.1.1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350gm/m2 with complete fitting.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles I different sizes with water absorption less than 0.8% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 25mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with while cement and matching pigments etc complete. Size of tiles 60 cm x 60 cm.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thick 5mm of approved make it like NICTO ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make colour shapes expect begundy bottle green black of size such as approved by the Engineering charge in skirting riser step sand dados over 12mm bed of cement bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and installing RO plant 100 ltr/hr, with electric control mechanism alongwith mortor.

Providing and installing of water cooler 200 ltr

Providing and installing of SILENT Genr Set 3 KVA
