Note for all items of BOQ :- (a) The site for the proposed work will be the AOR of GE(I) R&D Pashan and the contractor has to make arrangements for repairing/maintenance of the furniture accordingly. (b) Furniture must be transported/shifted for repairing to the BSO yard of GE(I) R&D Pashan from the respective locations and repaired furniture will be delivered to the location from where it was taken out. (c) Contractor has to quote the rates accordingly in order to mitigate the difference arising between the department and the contractor at later date. Any damages arising due to mishandling of furniture, contractor has to replace at free of cost up to the satisfaction of the GE.
