Uprooting jhunds including backfilling and dresing

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preparedsurface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.2

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes to water bound macadam-III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.3

Brick lining on both side of the road of m.150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD Specification Clause 508

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earth work in embankment with earth carried from av. Lead upto 1.0 km. by power transport and lift upto 1.50 m with manual compaction and rough dressing etc
