1 1.1 The estimated project/work cost refers to the cost for the building’s structural and electrical works only and is excluding the building’s interior and exterior architectural finishes and surrounding land area development costs.
1.2 The estimated cost of the proposed community centre refers to the cost for the building's structural, interiors, electrical & acoustic solutions. This cost is excluding the furniture, mic cum speaker systems, stage lighting, fire-fighting system and air-conditioning.
1.3 The estimated cost of the proposed welfare centre refers to the cost for the building's structural, interiors, electrical and land development.
2 Calculation of Consultancy Fee : The contract amount for the consultant shall be the amount arrived at based on quoted/ accepted percentage.
3 No extra payment for the consultancy services is admissible due to any increase in the cost of works as a result of deviations or variations during execution of work or due to escalation in prices of materials and labour or for reworking designs/modifications if any desired by HAL.
4 The Consultant shall ensure that the estimated quantities are accurate and deviation in the quantities do not vary by (+) or (-) 10% of the quantities tendered-out. No additional amount shall be paid on account of deviations due to inaccurate estimate.
5 In case actual executed construction contract value is more than (+/-) 10 % of the Awarded cost, the Consultant will be asked to furnish reasons for the same. In case HAL decides that such variation has taken place due to reason solely attributable to the Consultant, such as preparation of BOQ & drawings without due diligence and proper understanding of the site, recovery will be made from the payment of Consultant as follows :- 0.5% of Consultancy contract value.
6 The statutory payments for registration, plan approval, clearance etc from Govt. authorities (if any) will be paid by the consultant and HAL will reimburse the payment on submission of proof of payment, bills etc without any additional expenses/overheads.
