Taking down shutter of any description area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm all as specified.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete. conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality B

Materials and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamels paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M L for preparation old steel surfaces and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint etc all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube19mmX19mmX19mm gauge & PDM rubber gasket walther seal to be provided through out the frame. The profile shall be miltre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 02 no. of 150mm long brackets of 15mmX15mmX15mm gauge MS square tube inside the 19mmX15mmX MS square tube and suitabily screwed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes (19mmX19mmX19mm gauge) for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement etc. complete all as specified.
