Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of high pressure copper refrigerant piping suitable for R 410a/outdoor unit refrigerant of suitable size as required and duly insulated with 19mm/13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form. External Refrigerant piping shall be laid on GI cable trays. Piping inside occupied spaces shall be supported using M S hangers/Clamps duly painted with black enamel paint. Entire refrigerant piping work be carried out in accordance with the specifications. Piping shall be of following sizes :

ELECTRICAL PANEL Electrical panel with Scanner, ELCB, 63 Amp isolators for each outdoor unit and MCBs etc as per specifications SITC of main cubical panel free standing type/wall mounted, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet to be laid over MS angle frame internally wired. The panel shall have modular construction with incoming and outgoing MCCB’s housed in an enclosure forming the basic module. Cable-way module, metering module and MCB module have to be added the basic module. Each section or the module shall be compartmentalized with pin type hinged open –able shutter with quarter swing locks. Only shutter of bus bar module shall be fixed with nuts and bolts. The panel should be equipped with following items integrated together for operation and control of the connected machinery/ equipment. All the internal wiring used shall be of suitable rating for individual component of the panel:

Providing and fitting of MCB sub-panel box. 63 A MCCB DP 1 No, 16A MCB as per No. Of indoor units in each floor enclosed in MS box duly fitted on wall.

CONTROL & TRANSMISSION WIRES Providing an laying of control cum transmission wiring of 3 core x 2.5 sqmm copper cable in PVC conduits between indoor and out door units.

Providing and laying of Power and transmission wiring of 3 core x 4 sqmm copper cable in PVC conduits from distribution board to indoor unit.

GI CABLE TRAY Supply and installation of lader type GI 'U' shaped channel cable tray of following sizes.
