Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical lift sliding type gate with frame consisting of skin plate, sealing frame, stiffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, guide, stainless steel flat/Brass flat, rivets, wedges, lifting rods etc., with all accessories as per relevant IS code including frame & gate complete set for Canal Cross, Escape, Head regulator /Tank head regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc., applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70 5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150 5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials.

Fixing charges of new water seal including punching hole and nut bolt complete in all respect

Removing of old water seal from canal gate, including cutting of existing nut bolts etc. complete in all respect

Labour charges for removing existing vertical lift canal gate and lowering of new / existing gate having weight 1 to 3 MT including ,greasing ,oiling, cutting of accessories as per direction of engineer in charge as per specification and drawing of the department excluding the cost of rollers.

Supply of water seal Flat type for canal gate having size 100x12 mm as per IS 11855 specification.

Dismantling cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 m lead, inclusive of de-watering wherever required.

Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20 mm
