Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil including dewatering from the excavated trenches before concreteing for foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note: All excavation shall be carried out manually. The contractor shall be liable for any damage caused to underground (UG) cables, OFC, AFNET, BSNL, water lines, or sewage lines during excavation and must make good such damages at their own cost.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete mix 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Material & labour for formwork to side of concrete foundations, footings, plinth beams etc.

Material & labour for RCC M 25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for columns, pillers, piers, posts and struts for fair finished flat concrete surfaces.

Material & labour for formwork tosides of column with fair finished surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & labour for RCC M 25 design mix with 20mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.50m span.

Material & labour for formwork to side and soffits of beams, lintels etc. with rough finished surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated surplus material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia confirming to Fe 500 D.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia confirming to Fe 500D as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe for weep holes

Material and Labour for rendering in CM 1:4 of 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Material and Labour for PCC mix1:2:4 type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC bed blocks for inserting angle iron post including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of mild steel work such as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of galvanised,2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts,including ,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins,etc as directed(each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repairs for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Removing material or debris retrives from above demolition or cleaning to a distance exceed 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

S & F 300 mm dia Reinfirced concrete pipes, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Concrete bed to 300 mm dia drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in complete ll as directed and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, Type B0 (1:2:4) 12.50 mm graded agregate set in CM 1:4 of 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 04032) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

S & F 1.25 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels , square or beams cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments or with rivited, bolted ot welded attachments, etc confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed. Note - cutting to require size and welding or boulting to Beam , post, rafter shall be at site, rate included in this item.

M & L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 ® complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete ll as specified and directed

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.Note:Compaction must be carried out by mechanical means. If a power roller is not used, a manual roller of no less than 2.5 tonnes must be employed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for concrete.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC Type B1 (1:2:4): Using 20mm graded aggregate for floor finishing. Work includes spike rolling the surface or creating expanded metal impressions. The rate includes all side formwork, support, and shuttering. Additionally, groove cutting must be performed while the concrete is green, with joints filled using an approved sealing compound as per MoRTH specifications. Note: The entire concreting process must use Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC). Payment will be processed only upon the submission of valid paid purchase vouchers (RMC).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in all as specified

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.
